Fondants Au Chocolat (aka Belgian Chocolate Brownies)

A recipe from my Belgian friend Sabine that resembles chocolate brownie. Very rich. Very yum. Submitted by Mark the Shark (marktheshark) from New Zealand.

200g dark chocolate (i.e. C
150g butter
120g flour
250g brown sugar
2 sachets vanilla sugar or 2 tsp of vanilla essence
pinch of salt
3 eggs

1) Preheat oven to 180°C
2) Melt chocolate and butter. Either in a bain marie or in the microwave. Be very careful with a microwave not to over zap it - the chocolate will burn quite easily if heated too fast.
