Vege Nachos

1 x 450g can of Chilli Beans (mild)
1 x 450g can of Baked Beans
1 x 450g can of tomatoes
1 Pepper (red or green)
1 large Nacho Chips
1 broccoli head (optional)
1 onion
100g mushrooms, chopped
1-3 cloves garlic
200g cheese, grated
sour cream (to taste)
 
simple Guacamole:
1 lemon
1 avocado

1) Heat oil in a pan.
2) Add onion, broccoli, peppers, muschrooms (anything else you can think of) and cook for a few minutes until zing has been removed from onions at least.
3) Add both can's of beans & tomatoes, and cook for say 5mins.
